The Uni-fi service depends on the local operators’ network, the 4G network is prioritized. When the 4G signal is weak, the signal will be transferred to 3G.

The mobile service in your area could be weak and your device may be trying to connect to a network. If this persists please reset your device. If resetting does not work – please email customer.support@unifiglobal.com with your device IMEI number and app account details.

Download the Uni-Fi App onto your mobile device through Google Play or Apple stores and set up an account. Once you set up your account, activate your device by scanning the QR code on the back of your device. Full instructions on how to set up an account are available here

You can purchase 300mb, 1GB or 3GB for your chosen destination country

Prices start at €3 for 300mb, €5 for 1GB and €12 for 3GB. Prices will vary according to your destination country
